About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from the First Layer online store. First Layer is a partnership between Matthew Taylor and Emma O'Connell (ABN 91 861 066 112). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. Product information comes from the brands we stock. We try to keep it accurate, but if we've made a pricing mistake we'll contact you before processing your order.

Skin advice

Your skin report and product recommendations are general skincare guidance prepared with Nua Skin. They aren't medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medicines, check with your doctor before using new products. Always patch-test new products.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is out of stock or can't be delivered.

Discount codes

Codes have to be entered at checkout, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from using our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
